Nor am I trying come across as critical; my apologies if it appeared so.  But I don't blame ML for my investment.  I'm the one who made the trades.  He's not pristine, but I do blame others besides him for the pps, and it's those I want to be able to have fair (or unfair if necessary) opportunity to neutralize.  It's just that we're in a war, and TOS rules aren't usually applied fairly where there are guerillas with subversive agendas involved.  Sometimes a well placed land mine or a sniper is needed.  JMHO.
