Asian Stocks Swing Between Gain, Loss on Yen, China Bank Lending
Asian stocks swung between gains and losses as gains in the yen cut the earnings outlook for Japan’s exporters and Chinese banks climbed after a report they will be allowed to lend to local governments for partially completed projects.
