It's basically exactly what the Shively exec stated unfolding in real time - the people that own the best brands will own this emerging industry. I'm a branding/licensing expert. Built my business with it, and work with many professionals in the field. SKTO/MG will license the rights to use/manufacture/promote some of the most famous brands in cannabis. They will enact the "seed to sale" policy like so many policies...SKTO already implemented what the gvmnt requires...and for all we know they worked behind the scenes with them to develop these best practices.
Minimal overhead....it's like TRUMP selling his name on goods....sort of. It's like owning budweiser...when they opened...sort of. Only difference is this industry already has awaiting clients and a ton of them...it's already established. And we have many brands, not 1...we're not weighted with trying to build a loyal brand. THEY EXIST. I've been trying to explain how enormous this branding issue is for a while. We have the rights to license brands people have heard of...it's why we will win. I knew Yak before I knew anything about SKTO. I live in the MIDWEST. Get it? Brand loyalty.
More soon... But yes - your reaction is pretty much it. The branding issue is immensely larger than people are letting on. It's literally like owning history....we don't need to refine the processes....we already own them and have perfected them. And how did we pay for them? With stock. Why would those brands sign over for what is currently pretty worthless stock? Because they know MG/Allyn/Benz can take their brands to a national level. And on the fast track. That's why D Gold is always complimenting the caliber of our team...he knows we have the right sales man. Speaking of Gold....we are GOLDEN!
