Well, good to have fellow SFIO'ers of old participating in RFMK now. I am a long term investor so I still own all my entire SFIO position; yes, bashers will make fun of it but what they do not realize is that there exist other investment styles and strategies among the global pool of investors and there is a time and place for all of them. They champion the flipping and day trading mentality but it too has its pros and cons just like any other strategy. There are many instances whereby a long term fundamental investor can look with retrospect and agree that vastly more gains could have been made by playing the rises and falls of a stocks fluctuations but equally there are as many instances whereby a flipper can look with retrospect and agree that many very fast spikes were missed because the flipper was 100% cash at the time and missed the move. I have experience with all styles, I just happen to use more of a day trading style with only currencies and commodities. Equities, no matter if large cap or micro cap, I tend to hold for years to see if the fundamental stories play out.
Cheers
