Anyway,when I contacted Bob about this,he didnt know anything about this latest round of games and said he'd already given a deposition-
so that confirmed to me CWRNs attorney was NOT receiving Geos supposed emails etc re a demand for another round of depositions or had been on vacation-
again ambulance chasers will purposefully send time important notices to an opposing attorney when they know he will be on vacation-this is just a part of the nonstop games I 've experienced in the legal system.
