I absolutely think this could be back up over a ce

I absolutely think this could be back up over a cent.  It all depends on how things unfold.  Folks only have 2 options at this point.  Wait.  or Sell.  And at this level, selling isn't an option for me.  We still have items on the table that if they come to pass, would mean a spike in PPS.  Retiring shares for example.  

Perhaps all the sells mean that the stock will finally be in strong hands.  That can only be a good thing.   

It's all speculation at this point.
