Clear Channel Outdoors is making advertising money hand over fist ....they are cash rich ...a little sliver of the Airport pie will be worth substantial revs in the short term ....same thing with Hospitals / Waiting rooms ....this is not fluff ..it is verifiable .....I Hubbers kill me ..they would rather be promised 500 million revs for Windfarms on Mars than a real verifiable deal .....
