Okay so I made bold the parts I think are important. Looks like PB is losing yet another attorney as seen on 8/5/13. Wonder why they can't keep the same counsel?? Also Next date for this court is set 10/17/13. I will be checking pacer often to see if there has been any motions filed. Ilike Pacer because unlike the other docket the information is hyper linked you do have to pay for it but only if you go over $15.00 per quarter with this I think it's worth it.
