How's everybody feeling about VFIN locking up the

How's everybody feeling about VFIN locking up the ASK all day at .0014 by hiding at least 3,000,000 shares behind a measely 10,000 ASK?
I'm a little surprised we aren't having a bigger discussion about it and what it might mean. How about if VFIN shows up again tomorrow on the ASK showing 10,000 shares?
Since we are currently in the dark with DUTV these types of occurences really should be discussed and thought out.
