Police won't come.. Unless you live in a small town and they have nothing better to do. I live in phoenix and called a few different times as I had the same problem... Each time I called they just basically laughed at me... You are better off just talking it out with the neighbor... Or throw balls of peanut butter over the wall... That will shut em up for a bit
