BMSN. Jobrano post. $$-->>Bio-Matrix shares will surge this weeks/months after the biotechnology company announced that it formed a new subsidiary, Regen BioPharma Inc. And now Regen BioPharma Files Investigational New Drug (IND) Application With FDA on HemaXellerate I(TM) Stem Cell Drug for Aplastic Anemia. This is extreme huge to say.
BMSN’s new subsidiary has developed a vertically-integrated structure and is focused on acquiring patents -->>$$$, performing accelerating preclinical and clinical development and licensing or selling technology developed to large pharma companies in the area of stem cells.
Regen, to date, has reviewed issued patents $$$ covering stem cell related subject matter. The company has already created a list of 30 promising technologies for rapid commercialization and is in talks to license a number of these technologies.
David R. Koos, Chairman and CEO of Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, said that BMSN is assembling the team and capabilities to in-license and evaluate technologies rapidly, then to develop the regulator package and initiate clinical trials, and the results is coming early this year. Big FDA-play here. Also merger with 1 or 2 company is huge to say.
