No need to. It doesn't really matter. I know of many small biotechs that haven't had the need to do what BMSN has done because they are better managed. All BMSN needs now is word from the FDA that they are clear to begin thier IND trials for Hema and then hopefully BMSN and Koos can finally find some success after a lot of failures. but let's look at the bright side, at least something is going UP with this company.
