So, I bought a new house, no thanks to PNCH. Here is what they don't tell you when you buy a new house, neighbors are cool but some neighbors are not. These people leave their dog out that does nothing but bark till 10 pm every night. I am an animal person too but I am starting to think about killing this dog and I have only lived here one month now.
Please help!
