Yes, former company, former leadership with former debt on a failing business strategy /  plan,  virus, new company, new leadership, former debt  on a new business strategy / plan.  While the PPS had rising to a then decent level............................It should have been the time to renegotiate with a tougher stance, or.....................................it still seems a stiff price to pay for a relatively small amount of money's........$25k, 132,000,000 shares / 6 = 22m, damn, it would be nice if we could get a deal like that right about now.
