Please understand that all of on this board are extremely frustrated by recent events and the impact on the share price. As shareholders, we deserve answers. Please provide those answers to the following questions.
1. What is the status of Gayle Dickie. If she is not president then who is?
2. What is the current status of the deal with Clear Channel Communications? How many airports are we currently in?
3. Please indicate projected revenues from all sources. You have publicly stated that you would do this, so please follow through on that promise.
4. You stated that the shares issued to Joseph Collins would be retired, followed by an equal amount to be retired from you. When will this occur?
5. Has the A/S, O/S increased since the last Q? If there has been an increase, will it be offset by the shares to be retired?
6. You have stated that VU Television will be positioned to broadcast on cable systems in 10 months which would indicate a timeframe of July 2014. Will you continue to stand behind this statement? Who is responsible for securing those contracts?
7. Despite your denials, there continues to be speculation that there will be a reverse split. Will you state publicly for the record that there will be no reverse split at any time in the future?
8. When can we expect a ticker symbol change that will finally remove any hint of affiliation with Joseph Collins and Punch TV?
9. Who are the current officers of PNCH?
