No, FilmOn is not a billion dollar company. Do I think it will grow as long as they continue with the app based streaming business model Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon are following, Yes.
Alki David has more backing than most of the networks suing him and I would once again like to point out that, FilmOn did not LOSE their case its been escalated to determine laws. It would be better for us if FilmOn, with its viewership, removed the other stations, anyways, and that is all that would happen if they lost there case, not be shutdown or anything.
Like most billionaires, I only think Alki is even fighting the court system in the first place because he wants to change the laws and the way cable companies, ect. do business. It's not like he needs the money.

Do you people realize HULU started as a piracy website that would stream movies and T.V shows?
What's HULU worth now???
