manipulation is the name of the game on the other board. in pinks the majority of the shareholders use IHUB for their decision making and IHUB knows it. they give bashers whatever they want . the bashers are connected with  the market makers.that's why posting about PR's coming tomorrow or the next day kills the stock. the market makers then can stack the ask and kill a chance for a rally. once the lead in pr announcements stop the pr's will have a stronger affect on the price.
