I believe its good. They had a note of $140,000 and the Warrant to purchase 16,500,000 shares @ .01. They issued 66,287,898 shares of BMSN and also have to issue 1,500,000 common shares of Regen BioPharma, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
So I apparently they didnt want the money, nor did they want to purchase only 16,500,000 shares at .01, but instead wants the shares of bmsn now. That part is left to your speculation as to why they wanted shares instead of the loan. The shares at todays price is around 200k. and they no longer have to purchase 16.6 mill shares for $165,000
