I Like your Style, NU-B. Reading the 10Q's and the most Recent Annual there no "Off Balance Sheet Transactions"
We are all scouring every piece of available information. The Legal Review we just got "Stipulates to the SEC No Fradulent Filings and Share Structure is ( in each case accurate) . One more piece of the Audit Trail.
