My take on an up listing ( any up listing) is to occur after a substantially higher PPS. Like in the $4 range. The delay again on PURISOL is not helping but it will come.

I believe the acquisition as I understand it is a good one but not 100 percent sure.
Would like more info on how KEVITRIN is doing and that ALL the participants are still alive and most importantly improving.
