Notification of change to major shareholding
With regards to section 29 in the Danish law on securities trading (Værdipapirhandelsloven), Auriga Industries A/S has been informed that the labour market pension fund ATP (Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension) and the labour market fund for occupational diseases AES (Arbejdsmarkedets Erhvervssygdomssikring) have reduced the holding of Auriga shares thereby passing the 10% threshold and now holding less than 10% of the total share capital in Auriga.
ATP and AES now hold 2,520,470 Auriga shares representing 9.88% of the total share capital and 2.71% of the voting rights in Auriga Industries A/S.
