Couldn't the 31 city broadcasting be accomplished by simply throwing the switch to FilmOn ? That could actually be considered by some as broadcasting to ALL cities and/or the world !
Does "broadcasting" mean being able to view the programming via over-ther-air antenna signals in those respective cities ?
