North Orion Resources is a subsidiary or Yamana Gold a Canadian Company. (Thanks rjbluesky, you came to that conclusion many many months ago in Februrary or even earlier!!!!)
So as can be seen .... if Yamana Gold, owns North Orion Resources, which owns MSJ, who won judgement in 2011 by a majority of four to one, this stuff from August 26th is just small time legal posturing by BGL and I would strongly guess, will be just them further wasting their time rather than accepting they have lost.
After all, it has taken BGL since 17 August 2011, till August 2013 just to file an amparo motion, which all they seem to mean as far as I can see is that the papers should be preserved.
It does not say anywhere at all, that the issuing of an amparo judgement will in any way at all, change the original majority verdict issued by the justices in August 2011.
Also, the way that the judgement is worded, it sounds like BGL was already filing an appeal at that time. You only get one appeal, unless you can provide and make substantive legal representations on point of law that you can argue also need to be re-considered. That has clearly not happened here or been dismissed if it was argued at that time.
I presume we will get a news release sooner rather than later.
A lot of company's monitor what is going in social media these days, no doubt they can see what we are up to here as well.
As for the revision request filed by MSJ on 26 August, seems like they will probably ask the court to destroy the silly documents so nobody wastes the courts' time again!
