This is a wikipedia entry on what an Amparo ruling is. It is mentioned on BGL's website in the entry for 12 August in relation to the 26 August filing by MSJ. Sorry, I do not know the intricacies of all of this. I'm just posting what I've found - maybe someone else can help explain it all?
