I agree with all that you are saying and this comp

I agree with all that you are saying and this company just can not produce. Who would sell us a well with good production for pennies? And week after week we hear that the 10q will be filed. They keep blaming the auditors but they do not have the money to pay them or why flle so that investors can get their restricted stock into their accounts. It is like they are holding us hostage. It would not surprise me if they are still selling restricted stock. And why is Belize taking so long. How many ways are there to drill a well? When things are so bad then that is why it is hard to contact the company. No reason to talk to shareholders. Call me now a basher but that is now how I feel. I believe my investment is lost and we soon will be under 1 cent. Of course I hope I am wrong but I have been hoping for too many years.
