This is always the HUGE disconnect between operations and news etc. Re pics or some type of news we've been spoiled compared to most pennies and juniors. I was in 1 junior that had no pics or communication of any kind for ca 2 years and 30B O/S w 100B AS-why? -because it was right next to a world class mine and the experts said they would be bought out-never heard from them again.
In an ideal world there would be no stock manipulation by every tom dick and harry- otc/mm/broker/dtc/politicized doj/sec etc and the pps would be perhaps 10 cents plus-and we could transport to the mine every week to see the progress.
Although traders have endured a litany of stock manipulations that belie the value of the stock, so we dont have market forces at work, from an operational standpoint things have progressed very rapidly as far as real world events go. They couldnt even process 1-3mm until they bought expensive Powerscreen 2100 equipment w 1st ship revenue. Then w 2nd ship revenue bought cat 375-grajekk said this alone could triple production,plus cat 365 and D9 dozers etc.
Acquired 1st 68 drill hole results May 2011 which they used to transition to the veins summer 2011. Deeper drilling series began ca Oct 2011(see Sept 29 ,2011 PR) and quickly discovered a new vein.
Theres been so much production that they have at least 210k tons of waste of waste-and the value of that no doubt exceeds the total cost of pro to date-acquired HD heavily customized trommel and terex 400 loader May 19,2012, mag sep for the same July 3,have processed much, most or all of that 210k tons now. We've seen pics of huge processed laydown yd piles apparently ready to go.
Chinese are patient and we are probably waiting on Bao to send next ship to west coast w Bao products
Trucking may have started up again by now -See Rockets post 2214. So the problem is all the manipulations we are already familiar with by otc/dtc/mm's/brokers/politicized doj/sec etc. 1 complaint is settled but still no doubt occupies time in fits and spurts-the way the legal system operates, until Sept 27. The other has been in process of settlement no doubt since june as per posts then and should not take much longer imo to settle-esp as facts are stipulated as per the other settlement-facts which differed from the sec version.
Its pretty hard to be sec reporting until the matters w sec has been settled-all those things and more are always running in the background-but since we dont get pics of those things and not much can be said about those things until they are settled traders assume things are moving slow.
Partly because this has been probably the longest period we have gone without pics- probably because those other things etc are currently occupying Bobs time. Which may be why we got so many pics in rapid succession end of june and in July.
Also dealings w govt re ore at port etc and Bao and probably things we dont even know yet. So stock wise yes things have moved slow but operationally they've been moving fast-so when market forces again take control this could rise even more rapidly than Jan2011 ,w the shipping being the biggest holdup for various reasons we are familiar with.
cwrn has told a couple of us recently that they are aware of stockholder frustrations and concerns etc. They dont control those forces which are manipulating the pps and in exchange for Bao paying for ca 60 k tons of ore ca Dec before it was shipped I assume Bao required CWRN to use those funds to acquire equipment in order to increase production. So CWRN's hands have no doubt been tied in many ways in dealing w those pps manipulations.
