LOS ANGELES, CA, Sep 06, 2013 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- SK3 Group, Inc.'s
(OTC Pink: SKTO) (the "Company") Investor Relations firm, Rubicon Capital
Advisors, on behalf of the Company advises its shareholders today that the
planned investor conference call scheduled for the week of September 6, 2013 has
been delayed due to the enormous response from shareholders and interested
parties. Over 100 questions were presented to the Company's executive team and
board of directors. As a result, the Company did not have enough time, due to
the Labor Day shortened week and the religious holiday, to properly prepare the
question and answer forum. Therefore, the pre-recorded conference call will be
available to the investing public no later than Thursday, September 12, 2013 and
will be posted on the Company web-site, www.medicalgreens.com.
On August 30, 2013, the Company had issued a press release with an address
change. There was some confusion as to the actual corporate headquarters and the
city in location in California. The announced address currently houses our
technical operations and the address below is our new corporate headquarters.
