ask the folks who seem to be "trading" the stock down to 0.0004
on $256 dollars worth of shares....

when there is very little volume in a stock and no bid support, any market participant with a few dollars, a few tens of dollars or a few hundred dollars can take the stock down to whatever price they desire. Typically for "cellar-boxed" stocks, the lowest price is $0.0001. So perhaps another 75% downside risk? Difficult to see, the future is.
Though remember, 32M shares is about 1.5% of the shares in the company. At a PPS of $0.0004 the total market cap would be about $840,000, so 1.5% of that would be about $12,600. Perhaps on Monday if someone would like to use about $12,000 they too could print whatever PPS they desire to make a point about RFMK on the message boards.
In the end, the CEO needs to provide real and true shareholder value by delivering on certain corporate progress and promises, otherwise the market manipulators have a vice grip on this stock and with no reason to buy the stock there is no bid and so the PPS can be moved to whatever price point those willing to use $12,600 or less on a daily basis wish to take the stock.
The dark side clouds everything.
