Stocks like SKTO don't have many MMs, maybe 3 or 4. That allows easy manipulation of the price. Those saying that MMs don't or can't manipulate are flat-out lying. Even on the big boards there is manipulation going on, whether to prop up stocks as they did the financials back in 2008-2009 or the deflate stocks like they did in April 2000 with tech stocks.
