Hey EYS, It was clear to me at the CDCH Shareholders

Hey EYS,

It was clear to me at the CDCH Shareholders Informational Session on 2/11/2012 that CDCH will be part of the ADL JV eventually...and I suspect that "eventually" will be a lot sooner than most shareholders might be assuming. The CDCH share price has obviously lagged behind MDMN due to shareholders moving funds into MDMN when CDCH was carved out of the original JV by "Partner A" last summer. And with CDCH's potential London JV partner unable to move forward with a JV in the Fall of 2011, that increased the separation between MDMN and CDCH.

However, at the SHM it was made pretty clear (to me at least) that CDCH will be part of the JV. Any positive developments in MDMN's Alto de Lipangue sale/JV can only benefit CDCH as well. No major in their right mind would overlook CDCH's contiguous properties on ADL. Although it is difficult to measure the comparative values between MDMN and CDCH at this point given MDMN's further exploration data and their other properties in the hopper; however, with CDCH trading at just ~44% of the share price of MDMN and taking into account CDCH's 200 million OS to MDMN's soon-to-be ~800 million OS, I see CDCH with more upside at this point if things play out as expected.

The best case scenario would be the MDMN ADL announcement launching the MDMN share price while CDCH continues to lag. That would create an even greater disparity between the two that won't last too long.
