Solos Endoscopy Management Announces Goals for 2013
Just reading through some of the previous pr releases from solos, and rereading this one from the beginning of 2013 just seemed like it needed a repost.

I think the first paragraph very clearly explains where SNDY currently is, where its trying to go by doing everything that it has set out to do, and why we are currently in the situation we are in today.
" Solos Management believes its long term success is contingent upon its efforts to strengthen its balance sheet, its ability to obtain proper certifications of its product line, and the development of distribution channels for its endoscopic instruments. In 2013, Solos management will focus on completing its certifications, mergers and acquisitions, and the commencement of a financial audit as the Company attempts to move to the next level. Management is confident that its products have been FDA approved and are accepted in Hospitals nationwide. The Company will continue product development and marketing as it attempts to sell its endoscopic instruments internationally."
They are doing exactly what they told everyone, on the 4th day of 2013 , they would be doing throughout the entire year. I do not see 1 lie in that paragraph. They have reduced their debt, they have completed the 2nd and final audit in getting the CE certification on their entire product line, and they have hired Emergo to develop their distribution channels in Europe. So, what does that leave us, one tiny little detail is left, Mergers & Acquisitions! We have put our puzzle together, piece by piece, EXACTLY AS THE INSTRUCTIONAL MANUAL TOLD IS IT WOULD GO IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, and all we have left is the final middle pieces of the puzzle that everyone saves for the end, the parts that will tie all the other pieces together and one hell of a beautiful picture. Bob knew exactly what he was doing, he knew what needed to be done to get us to the point we are at today. Have any of you every drove hours and hours, to see something you've been talking about for years, to stop 2 miles down the road, and say, eh, it was a good ride, no point in seeing it now.
