Due to many inquiries as of late, to clarify FINS release: 


CPA saying Friday, but I'm saying Monday or Tuesday at the latest. As CPA's are the slowest workers in all of the dang business world - IMO - lol  ~  (Ooops, did I just say that?)

The fins will first be posted here: http://oriondhc.com/investor-relations/financ...2012-docs/

Then, about 4 days later,  they will be posted here: www.otcmarkets.com which will allow websites such as www.Bloomberg.com and www.Nasdaq.com to upload the data for investors to view as well.


Keep those links handy and watch for a Tier 1 Press Release. Can't say if or when on PR (for obvious reasons), but I can say a Tier 1 PR would,  generally speaking, go out after all locations are uploaded, as that may be considered as newsworthy corporate actions.
