On June 6, 2012, SIRG signed a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Upward Investments, LLC (“UI”) for the purchase of UI’s 90 acres of land adjacent to the Company’s existing claims. The Company would like to acquire UI’s property for the Company’s mining operations. Further representations and warranties shall be included in the to be drafted Definitive Agreement.
