Brad apparently wants to solve transitional issues before playing with Nevada sec of state- dont know why, and dont know whether he planned on prospectus and financials first either- financial,esp if audited, as the posted KMG IR implied, always take longer than expected- e.g ubrg a year or more back
but he has the financial wherewithal and I believe a professional team to solve any problems
