[b]$GROV[/b] .38 GroveWare Technologies Announces MobiTask Project Expansion with South Carolina's Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation

(OTCQB: GROV) has announced that it has expanded its agreement with the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLL) for the State of South Carolina for the procurement of MobiTask(TM), GroveWare's mobile inspection solution based on the eXFORMA suite of products. Initially implemented for its agents completing on-site inspections of elevator installations, agreement has now been reached to expand the use of the mobile inspection and licensing tools developed by GroveWare to other regulatory inspection functions including those for pharmacies, athletic facilities, cemeteries, funeral homes, veterinary facilities and beauty/barber salons. The mission of the state's Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation is to promote and protect the health, safety and economic well-being of the public through regulation, licensing, enforcement, training and education. It does so through 40 separate state agencies, including the Department of Labor, the State Fire Academy, the Office of the State Fire Marshal and 38 professional and occupational licensing boards.
The adoption of MobiTask for these additional inspection functions follows the very successful launch of the solution by the Department for its elevator inspectors, a deployment that was fully implemented in a few short weeks and has dramatically improved the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of the inspection process.
The initial customer introduction was facilitated by the government sales team at Verizon Wireless which will benefit from the corresponding sale of wireless devices and data lines and from the enhanced client relationship that derives from bringing a valued solution and solving a customer problem.
