They become a stand up company once they get rid of the convertible till then ,its become a sad situation ,good luck to all longs ,I hope the company does the right thing ,and cancel ,no one is stupid anymore people have a choice where they put there money ,and it wont be in a company that has a convertible debt ,that I assure you and the press release today ,proves that with the results they have achieved stock is red again and going down
