What the dormouse said: "While they will endeavor to answer the most significant questions, they will not be able to answer all for a variety of reasons, including time constraints, limitations on confidential information disclosure, and public capital markets regulations, but they will provide an update on the Company."
I'm thinking that update could include some dazzling details that follow up on the general statements in D. Gold's letter (08/29). There was a reason why D. Gold's letter appeared Thursday, the day before Friday's request by SK for questions. It was likely a heads up.
