Wow. This just got a lot more interesting.
I suggest putting an ad out on Craigslist for a Super Nerd to help you out, unless you know one.
You need as much Info as possible.
Try contacting service provider (for email) to see if they can get an IP address.

Now for some SKTO Small DD I've just come across-
When going to Rubicon's "contact us" page through the MAIN website,
I had emailed them and asked if they were doin work with SKTO, I got an automated reply, but what I thought was funny is that I clicked on "Jason Thaler's" Contact name, and instead of Jason@Rubicon.whatever,
It reads:
"jason@BackEndTechnology.com"
I'm on mobile and kinda busy today so could anyone look up that company for any kind of link?
If its nothing it's nothing, but just thought that was interesting.
