I know tommyd2mil but I'm the ahole for holding TECO accountable! C'mon folks how long do we put up with it? On the other hand what can be done about it? All I want is a bit of honesty, integrity, punctuality, and professionalism from a company I invested 10's of thousands of dollars in and some 100's of thousands. I'm sure there will be another "We apologize but....."
