Correct! Either start mentioning accurate dates or stop listing dates altogether. That is what I was suggesting. If a company can't follow a projected timeline for whatever reasons then don't advertise to the investing public "a projected timeline". Especially in the micro-caps where credibility is tough to come by to begin with. Why add fuel to the fire? As far as the funding for Texas; I'm well aware of it. I've contributed thousands for restricted shares. CFP was suppose to happen on Mitchell #3 and #4 as announced during February's CC. Either more cash is being spent since that time or #3 and #4 didn't produce as expected or costs for TNC were higher or the 28% net isn't enough, etc. Regardless, the possibility of CFP should never have been mentioned in February until they were 100% sure that they could obtain CFP. Again; another one of those missed projected milestones and I'll say it again; credibility in the micro-markets. I completely understand the lack of funding and the need to raise capitol and how that can effect schedules so I say "Shut up, put up and then speak". There is this old saying “Announcing your plans is a good way to hear god laugh”.
There is no need to get the market expecting one thing and then as usual; something different happens due to "lack of funding". Bad for credibility and then the bashers have more to talk about and on and on it goes. Business and especially the oil business is very difficult and I don't envy their positions. I've spoken enough about my side of things but let me add; it's not my posts or the basher's postings that have this PPS in the low ones. It goes well beyond message boards and TECO has definitely provided enough fodder to post about over the last couple of years. Oil production, revenue, and revenue in filings will fix all! I think many longs thought that would have happened by now and based on many past PRs. Otherwise why would longs have bought shares well above 3 or 4 cents? Maybe they expected more on those dollars based on PRs during that timeframe? Too many words and not enough success so far. Maybe that will change soon enough or it will take 15-20 more wells and many more months or years. Time will tell!
