Yes, they are. We are very pleased to have executives the calibre of our new partners at SK3 managing the sales and distribution of our products, as well as helping us with the resources to bring the Care and Hospice Program to more and more needy patients.

Thanks to recent events, there is no more need to "fly below the radar" and I am much more comfortable again with all the transparency that is warranted. As I said above ... "We Are Vindicated". They are going to let the states decide the issues relevant to our growth, and we are in very good standing with the state of California on all levels.
