What folks on this board should remember is that this company is not a large E&P company like Exxon or Shell. They have limited resources as they state in their Q's. Thus they have to depend on outside contractors for much of their activities. Those folks do sometimes have overruns on their own timelines, or even have interruptions of their process due to their own breakdowns or personnel being out of action, for whatever reason. My bet is that when Treaty issues a forecast, they have the understanding that everyone and everything involved is going to be able to perform in a timely manner. But that's not the way it goes for a micro-cap company most of the time when they are dependent on others. Investors in any penny stock should have some understanding and experience in owning these type of stocks regarding these situations. In effect the company is following through on their new business strategy and they have in fact sold some of their less productive properties. In addition, they did drill two new wells already this year, and they are in the process of a rework of a third well in the same area. Hopefully they will get another two wells drilled this year in a close proximity and those will be as successful as the first two. In addition, they are working on other situations including Belize. The SJ#3 is still in process and possibly they will be able to get oil this week. And yep, that's been going on for several weeks. But their engineers hadn't seen a river of fresh water in a well before and therefore had to back off and reconsider the best attack to close off the water and then reperf the hole where their tests showed oil during the initial drilling, That is being done. It all takes time and with the fact they are in a foreign country, sometimes necessary items are having to be purchased in the states and sent to Belize, which sometimes takes weeks. So, yep, you can be upset, but that's not going to change a damn thing for the company. Either have patience and hold on, or decide this is not the investment for you and sell and move on. In the meantime, more things may be coming down the road for the company.
