REBRANDING TO GIVE GREATER PRESENCE IN GLOBAL MARKET

GUELPH, Ontario, Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- W2 Energy, Inc. (OTC: WTWO) is pleased to announce that it is has contracted a consulting firm to aid in focusing the companies transition from a research and development to sales and marketing organization.

The company is developing a suite of marketing materials which will begin with a revamped website and marketing brochures. The company also intends on producing professional video showcasing our state of the art products. The corporations management believes that now the company is in the marketing stage, a fresh new look is paramount to be competitive in the global marketplace.

The new website will put more emphasis on products an services while providing downloadable marketing materials for our potential customers. It will also contain an extensive investor relations area where our investors can view company reports, CEO blog, up to date share information as well as a resident stock quote.
