No kidding? What a surprise! I guess TECO should have announcee Monday or Tuesday instead of Thursday. They are always overly optimistic about dates and and are rarily on time. Words now mean little to the market. 87K in volume on Friday. Sure it is a holiday weekend but only 87K? They self admittingly can't control the market. Maybe committing to one date would help or not mentioning a date at all would help. Sure and I'm a basher! The truth hurts! Maybe the actually succeeded in Belize to make up for missed date number 4,123,768.
