Yawn. Know also that, being as SRGE never paid the third divvy, and only toby kept the 2nd, that no one really knows how many were paid, or how much was paid out. Regardless, it was a pittance, and it along with the promise of more divvys, was only as a bribe to con peeps into continuing scarfing up their huge supply of shares that they had to dump, after raising the a/s.
With a gagged TA, there has never been any way to prove what the float or o/s is or was. But, given the huge volumes before the SEC suspension, the o/s and float could well be near 1.5 BILLION!!
