Tasmania Oil and Gas Ltd's Exploration Licence Appeal
The appeal hearing by the receivers of GSLM on license EL 14/2009 was not heard in court due to the receivers' non-attendance, and therefore the appeal was turned down.
TOG has alternative plans to defend its position and further announcements will be made in due course.
For background to the licence and the appeal please see the announcement dated 15 May 2013."
