Al-Zawahiri criticized the Muslim Brotherhood
Shabaab has criticized the ex Egyptian Government by Morsi and the Brotherhood which made the mistake of attempting to gain power and impose Sharia by following the democratic process; this idea of i mposing the Islamic Law reflected al-Qaeda’s primary complaint with the Brotherhodd, but al-Qaeda has said that this can’t be done by a democratic process but only by waging jihad .
