Read the CNBC artcle. SK has something nobody has: Gold and Apel at Berkeley Bio and their massive connections in this area. They've been pioneering mj and mmj since 1970 and are revered. What does big business know about MJ and MMJ. NOTHING! They are clueless. And the MJ community doesn't trust the big boys.
Now that big business and Wall Street are going to be piling into MMJ they will seek out SK's (BB) expertise and knowledge. Meanwhile, big business knows Allyn the great dealmaker and Benz and Laughlin. They talk the same language of big business. That means JOINT VENTURES.
SK is highly respected by the mmj community because of BB. Collectives feel very comfortable with them. SK has a big foothold in mmj in the most populous state.
I think there's going to be joint ventures with SK and BIG players that will be mind boggling.
SK is perfectly positioned.
