The point is I refuse to play the silly game of asking other anonymous message board posters to confirm or deny things based on anonymous claims on the internet (from demonstrable liars themselves) about a company suing another anonymous message board poster when the company denies discussing it with any of you in the first place.
If there was any evidence [i]whatsoever[/i] it would be posted thousands of times by now. Instead, all you've got is "make him deny it!" That may be how things work in totalitarian regimes but not the USA. I suspect those same freedoms are what attracted Bordynuik to choose the US markets to scam in the first place.
It's transparent obfuscation. Anything to focus attention away from John Bordynuik stealing millions of dollars from his friends and family.
