(PINKSHEETS: VLNX) today announced it has secured a sales and marketing agreement with Kaes Enterprises of Puyallup, WA. to secure federal contracts and management expertise for the deployment of the Arc Master I systems to the Veterans Administration hospitals as well as major western US major military installations for 28 Arc Master I units, representing possible sales of $139 Million USD.
